  We had a 12.3m (approx.) flyover patio roof built. During the build a acrow prop fell into the pool hitting the bottom of the pool on its sharp edge. I requested an independent inspection of the pool and the business owner expected me to pay half of the cost when clearly it was in no way my fault. The roof was 55mm out of square and the builders solution was to squash in the metal roof and then hang the gutter on it to flatten it out. I had to tell him how to fix the out of square problem. The gutter join leaked on the first rain. The business owner told me that the problems were my fault because I kept an eye on what was happening in the building!!

Beenleigh Patios have been around for 15 years servicing South East Queensland. We build patios, carports, decks and extar rooms. We also install glass and screen enclosures, aluminium privacy screens and lay down conclrete slabs. We build mainly with powdercoated metal for frame work and specialise with sandwich panel patio roofing for our queensland patios and add-a-rooms, which provides superior weather resistance especially against the brisbane sun. Our specialty are double skin patios which are built with a sandwich panel roof whcih contains a polystyrene core ranging from 50mm to 100mm thick with colourbond steel adhered to underside and topside surfaces.

Hence the term "Sandwich Panel". Sandwich panel roof also has great spanning capabilities (over 6 metres) meaning if attached to the house the next support beam can be 6 metres away. Thats massive! and as a result theres no rafters, battens or screws seen, leaving a clean steel powdercoated ceiling. (Take a look at pictures below to see the difference).

Sandwich panel patios also provide a soundproofing against the annoying noise when we receive those notorious brisbane storms. We also specialise in steel frame (Bearers and Joists) Decks. Built with steel means stronger, straighter, and sturdier compared to timber frame. Honesty is paramount just as much as customer satisfaction.
